SERVICE AGREEMENT (PUBLIC OFFER) FOR PAID EDUCATIONAL SERVICES
This document is a public offer by NEUROLAND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY L.L.C (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"), registered at Office 408-06, Al Barsha 1, Dubai, UAE, License No. 1475509, DCCI No. 606218, Registration No. 2540725, and contains all essential terms of providing paid educational services.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Under this Agreement, the Provider undertakes to provide educational services to the User, and the User agrees to accept and pay for the services in accordance with the terms of this public offer.
1.2. Acceptance of this offer is considered to be the act of payment by the User for the Provider's services.
1.3. Website: https://neuro-infotech.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").
1.4. This Agreement is concluded electronically and has legal force in accordance with applicable law. Original signatures are not required.
1.5. This Agreement may be entered into with Users from any country. The Provider delivers services remotely without physical presence in the User's jurisdiction.
1.6. By making a payment, the User confirms that:
2.1. The subject of this Agreement is the provision of paid educational services in the form of distance learning (online courses) available on the Site.
2.2. The specific list, cost, and descriptions of educational courses are published on the Provider's Site.
3. Terms and Conditions of Service Provision
3.1. Access to educational materials is granted to the User after the payment is received in the Provider’s account.
3.2. Access to the educational content is granted for 1 month from the activation date unless otherwise stated on the Site.
3.3. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or cancel the User’s access in the event of a breach of this Agreement, including sharing access with third parties, copying, or distributing course materials.
4. Payment and Pricing
4.1. The service cost is determined based on the information published on the Site.
4.2. Payments are made through the international payment system Stripe, available on the Site. All transactions are made in foreign currency and paid to the Provider company registered in the UAE.
4.3. Payments are non-refundable, as access to the training materials constitutes the commencement of the service. Exceptions may apply only as explicitly stipulated by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

6.1. The Parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of this Agreement in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
6.2. The Provider is not liable for technical failures or issues on the User’s side, including internet service interruptions, software or hardware malfunctions.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. All disputes and disagreements shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiations.
7.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. The Provider reserves the right to modify the terms of this offer without prior agreement with the User.
8.2. Modifications come into force once published on the Site.
8.3. By making a payment, the User confirms their full agreement with the current version of this public offer.
8.4. The User consents to the processing of their personal data provided within the scope of this Agreement, in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (UAE).
